These Terms of Service govern the use of Agency GBP Manager (the “App”), operated by Aquarotech. By signing in to the App or connecting a Google account to it, you agree to these terms.
1. About the App
The App is a private tool our team uses to manage Google Business Profiles for businesses that have hired Aquarotech. It is not a public service. Read our Privacy Policy to see how data is handled.
2. Who may use it
- Only Aquarotech staff and contractors with an account we create may sign in.
- The App may only be used for Business Profiles whose owners have engaged us and given our agency Google account manager or owner access.
- We can remove a user’s access at any time, for example when they leave the team.
3. Google services
The App works through Google APIs, including the Google Business Profile APIs and the Google Places API. Use of Google services is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and the Business Profile guidelines. Google may change or limit these services, which can affect what the App can do.
4. Acceptable use
When using the App you must not:
- post false, misleading or keyword-stuffed business information;
- create, buy, incentivise or filter reviews, or post fake reviews or replies;
- publish unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
- access profiles a client has not authorised, or share client data outside our team and that client;
- try to bypass security, overload Google’s services or scrape Google Maps.
5. Client content and approvals
Clients own their business information, photos and content. We publish changes, replies and posts on a client’s behalf under our service agreement with that client. The team member who publishes content is responsible for checking that it is accurate and approved.
6. AI-generated drafts
AI drafts can contain mistakes. Every draft must be read and edited by a person before it is published, and the person who publishes it is responsible for its content.
7. Rankings and results
Ranking checks are estimates based on Google Places API results from set map points. Real Google Maps results vary by searcher, device and time, and Google decides rankings. We do not guarantee any ranking, number of calls, reviews or other results.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the App available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, hosting problems, or changes and outages at Google can affect it, and scheduled posts may be delayed.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the App is provided “as is”, and Aquarotech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from its use, including actions Google takes on a Business Profile. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. If these terms conflict with a client’s service agreement, the service agreement applies.
10. Ending access
We can suspend or end access to the App at any time. A business owner can end our access by removing our agency as a manager of their Business Profile, and the Google account owner can revoke the App at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.
