Agency GBP Manager is a private web application operated by Aquarotech, a local marketing agency in Mumbai, India. Our team uses it to manage the Google Business Profiles of local businesses that have hired us and added our agency Google account as a manager of their profile.

Purpose of the app
Businesses often ask an agency to look after their Google Business Profile. Doing that one profile at a time is slow, so we built Agency GBP Manager to do the same work for all our clients from one secure screen. The app connects to Google through the official Google Business Profile APIs with the business.manage permission, and it only works with profiles our agency account has been given access to.
What the app does
- Keeps business information accurate: name, phone number, website, description and opening hours.
- Replies to customer reviews on behalf of the business, after a team member writes or approves each reply.
- Publishes posts and photos such as updates, offers and events, including posts scheduled in advance.
- Reports performance to each client: profile views, calls, website clicks, direction requests and the search terms customers used.
- Checks local search visibility for important keywords on Google Maps.
Who can use it
Only authorised members of the Aquarotech team can sign in. There is no public sign-up, and the app is not offered to other businesses or individuals. A business owner can remove our access at any time from their Business Profile settings, and the connected Google account can revoke the app at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we handle Google user data
We use data from Google only to provide the services above to the business it belongs to. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except that business and the service providers that run the app for us. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by Aquarotech to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
